Driving Directions
From
the South:
Take I-25 north to the Auraria Parkway/CO-33 exit, #210C east.
Continue on Auraria Parkway which becomes Auraria Parkway/Colorado
Avalanche Boulevard, go 0.7 miles, cross over Speer Boulevard and
directly on Market Street (you will be at Market and 14th Street).
Continue on Market Street 0.6 miles and cross 19th Street. The
office is 1/2 way up the block on the right in between 19th and 20th
streets. Proceed up 6 steps in the center of building, enter
the double doors (see picture of front). Pay parking at 19th and Market
streets (southwest corner), 18th and Market streets (northeast and
northwest corners) or 20th and Market streets (northeast side of
street); on-street meter parking in front of the loft may also be
available.
From
the North:
Take I-25 south to the 20th Street exit. Turn left on 20th
Street. Go under the overpass and turn right on Blake Street.
Go one block on 19th Street and turn left. Go one block to Market
Street and turn left. The office is 1/2 way up the block on the right in between 19th and 20th
streets. Proceed up 6 steps in the center of building, enter
the double doors (see picture of front). Pay parking at 19th and Market
streets (southwest corner), 18th and Market streets (northeast and
northwest corners) or 20th and Market streets (northeast side of
street); on-street meter parking in front of the loft may also be
available.
From
Downtown / 700 Broadway / Capitol:
Take Lincoln Street north to 18th Street, turn left on 18th Street and
after one block, jog to the right at Broadway, but continue on 18th
Street. Go to Market Street and turn right on Market Street.
The office is 1/2 way up the block on the right in between 19th and 20th
streets. Proceed up 6 steps in the center of building, enter
the double doors (see picture of front). Pay parking at 19th and Market
streets (southwest corner), 18th and Market streets (northeast and
northwest corners) or 20th and Market streets (northeast side of

From Denver International Airport:
Take Pena Boulevard to I-70 West. Stay on I-70
West to the Brighton Road exit. Come down to the lights and turn
left on to Brighton. Stay on Brighton for about 1 1/2 to 2 miles
and go under the overpass. Turn immediately right onto Blake
Street. Go several blocks to 19th Street. Turn left for one
block. Turn left again onto Market Street. The office is 1/2 way up the block on the right in between 19th and 20th
streets. Proceed up 6 steps in the center of building, enter
the double doors (see picture of front). Pay parking at 19th and Market
streets (southwest corner), 18th and Market streets (northeast and
northwest corners) or 20th and Market streets (northeast side of

Shuttle from the 16th Street Mall:
Take the shuttle west to Market Street and walk north on Market Street
for 3 1/2 blocks. The office is 1/2 way up the block on the right in between 19th and 20th
